The lost Atlantis

Yet again (the last time was on my birthday last year after a few glasses of wine for lunch, don't ask me how I managed that!!!) we braved the trek down to Atlantis beach... With the sun in our back on the way up it was actually a tougher trek than last time, we just about made it up in time for afternoon yoga. It was worth it though.
